FORMAT & FEATURES
- Designed for participants of the Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) and Leadership Development Programme (LDP)
- 3 strictly confidential one-hour sessions over a period of 3 months
- Face-to-face, telephone, or Zoom
- Goal-setting, creation, and refinement of an individualized personal action plan
- Evaluation of personal progress over the course of the coaching period
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Participants of the ELP and LDP who would like to:
- Fully understand and leverage their leadership styles and strengths
- Develop a clear personal leadership vision and plan
- Understand and bridge the gap between business challenges and underlying leadership issues

Each session: 60 minutes
Chemistry session: 15 minutes
- For participant to meet prospective coach and to discuss broad goals for coaching
- Non-obligatory — participant does not have to take up any package if there is no chemistry
- If participant takes up a package, the $258 fee can be used towards a psychometric evaluation or 360-degree feedback assessment if appropriate
