OVERVIEW

A Strategic Approach to Contract Fundamentals

Contracts are the lifeblood of any business. While participants may have encountered contracts in various forms, this course provides a deeper understanding of how contracts function and how associated risks can be effectively identified, reduced, or managed.

The course will be based on Singapore law, which aligns closely with internationally recognized principles of contract law. This makes the course relevant and applicable to participants from a wide range of legal and business environments. To enhance this global perspective, examples from various jurisdictions will be included to highlight important differences and practical insights. The course will conclude with a hands-on contract drafting exercise, reinforcing key concepts through real-world application.
