From blueprint to boardroom, Laurent brings over two decades of real estate development and investment expertise in the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

As Head of Investments for Asia Pacific at Ivanhoe Cambridge (CDPQ), he led regional strategies for the Canadian pension fund manager. Prior to that, he established the international real estate team at Dalian Wanda Group, shaping the group’s overseas investment vision. Before his roles at Ivanhoe Cambridge and Wanda, Laurent refined his skills at CBRE in Beijing, ultimately leading the Investment Properties for North China.

Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin, Laurent brings a unique cross-cultural understanding to the challenges and opportunities facing today’s real estate executives.

Laurent holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master’s degree in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
