Kirpal has more than 25 years of experience building companies, working with startups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. He has built companies from a 12 man start- up to a global company with a global footprint, helped companies pivot during volatile periods, and guided companies in their transformation journeys.

He is comfortable working with the different levels of executives and managers in the organization, coaching and guiding them through strategy development and operationalizing tactical plans to support the organization’s long and short-term goals. He seeks to focus and alignment of key elements namely Leadership-Customers-Strategy- People-Process strengthened by Innovation and Organisational knowledge (data) to drive business excellence.

Kirpal has a Degree in Electronics from the University Weingarten-Ravensburg (PSC German-Scholarship and an MBA from the University of Hull. He is also an internationally certified coach (International Coaching Federation) and Certified Consultant with Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council.
