Alvin Mah

Alvin has been active in finance and investment activities for about 30 years and has conducted investments in various key markets. He has been involved with transactions across various key gateway cities and is well-versed in various aspects of investment and finance, having played key leadership roles in both investment and banking.

Alvin currently sits on the Investment Committee of a few funds managed by Alpha Investment Partners Limited / Keppel Fund Management. Alpha is a private equity fund manager specialising in alternative asset investments including real estate and data centres. He spent 18 years with Alpha and served in various leading functions during his tenure. He stepped down from his executive duties as the Chief Executive Officer in 2023 and during his tenure as the Chief Investment Officer from 2012 to 2018, he led all investment efforts including crafting the investment strategies for the various funds under management. As part of Alpha, he was involved in more than 100 transactions across key gateway cities with gross value of more than USD 20 billion.

Alvin started his career in banking and was active during the earlier days of securitisation and Real Estate Investment Trusts in Singapore. He has been active in the training circuit and lecturing for more than 10 years and have shared his experience on topics ranging from investments to life skills on various forums. He has actively lectured in various universities, including the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Science, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hsing Wu University & Kyoto University. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Science.
