Step 2: Accumulate Credits by Completing 2–3 Courses

By completing 2 to 3 microcredit courses, you can stack towards a total of 5 Credit Units (CUs). These stackable credits allow you to gain recognition for your learning and move forward at your own pace — with no need to commit to a full academic course upfront.

Step 3: Earn the Executive Certificate

Once you’ve accumulated 5 Credit Units, you’ll be awarded the NUS Executive Certificate in Strategic Business Management and Leadership. This certificate recognises your commitment to executive development and can boost your professional credentials.

Step 4: Progress Toward an MBA or EMBA

Looking ahead? Your Executive Certificate and accumulated credits can be used to offset corresponding course credits in the NUS MBA or EMBA programmes (subject to admission). This pathway offers an accessible bridge between executive short courses and a full postgraduate degree.
