Few stories capture this mission better than that of Mike Gerasymov, Director at MV Services, who has been part of our learning community for two consecutive years.

In 2024, Mike enrolled in the Leading Transformational Change for Agility and Sustainability programme, which proved instrumental in guiding his leadership during a global system redesign initiative. The project required the integration of digital solutions, the development of new SOPs, cross-border training, and large-scale change management. Mike recalls, “The frameworks I learned were invaluable as I led the design and implementation of a complex, cross-functional system. They gave me both structure and confidence in managing multiple stakeholder groups across geographies.”
Building on that experience, Mike returned in 2025 for AI for Leaders: Leveraging Data Analytics for Business, a programme that explores the transformative power of generative AI and data-driven strategies. “This course has significantly reshaped the way I think about familiar business models and processes. It has sparked a wave of new ideas that I am eager to put into practice to drive value within my organisation and industry.”
