WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Participants should be middle management and above / and be able to influence change:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and trade practices.
Familiarity with key concepts like direct and indirect spend, CapEx vs OpEx, and cost analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle case studies and practical exercises.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for group discussions and interactive workshops
