Elvin Too

Elvin has been in digital and transformation leadership roles since his return to Singapore in 2013. He was formerly Vice President
(Group Digital Office) at Singtel and orchestrates efforts across Singtel Group to accelerate the digitalization of customer experiences, internal processes, technology, and culture.

Prior to Singtel, Elvin was with NTUC FairPrice. As Chief Omnichannel Officer and GM of FairPrice Online, he restructured its omnichannel experience and operations to enable hypergrowth. He also led the retail post office business at Singapore Post, revamping the network footprint, service strategy, and product portfolio.

Earlier in his career, he worked for Walmart.com on global market development and for Microsoft in corporate strategy and product development while based in the USA and China. He began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company in China and Southeast Asia.

Elvin serves on the Raffles Institution Board of Governors and volunteers weekly with a social service agency. He also previously served on the Lifestyle Subcommittee of the Future Economy Council. He is happily married with two boisterous children.
