David has over thirty years of experience in institutional real estate including major developments, investments and asset management across the key sectors of residential, office, retail, senior living and hospitality.

He has overseen major mixed-use projects with government, institutional investors, and private sector partners in twenty gateway cities across Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. His Industry board positions have included the British Property Federation, the Investment Property Forum in the UK, the National Property Council of Australia, the Committee for Sydney and membership of the URA Design Advisory Committee in Singapore.

David is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors program and a member of the SID.
