Aru leads the Programme Management Team for Executive Education in NUS Business School overseeing a talented Team of Programme Executives & Managers, IT & Classroom Operations and Client Support Finance Operations to ensure the seamless execution, delivery and management of all our programmes to consistently exceed client expectations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University.

He joined the Team in Mar 2023 and brings with him an immense and diverse decade long experience with a globally renowned American Executive Education organisation: Center for Creative Leadership that is esteemed for Leadership Development, Research and Executive Coaching. Prior to that he has held various regional positions with United Parcel Service (UPS) in many capacities for over 18 years and has managed a vast diaspora of Teams throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

He is a vastly experienced Leader in Sales, Marketing, Operations and E-Commerce with proven expertise in leading Regional and Global winning teams within Multi National Organisations. He is driven by a passion for developing people to reach their full potential and enriching mutual organisation and client collaborations tp ultimately deliver a memorable experience and a winning solution for all involved. He likes to keep pace with emerging technology trends and is resilient and flexible to rapidly changing business disruptions and client environments in delivering results that matter.
