Henrik has extensive coaching, consulting, business, and leadership experience, and has held senior positions in several logistics companies in Europe and Asia. He has experienced the pressure in senior leadership roles, and now works with advancing leaders in transition, and supports them in building vital mental resources and their balance in life and leadership.
After 24 years in the corporate world in companies such as Maersk, Facebook, Twitter, Becton Dickinson, and DHL, Henrik transformed his work into organizational psychology and development. Today Henrik works with organizations to build vital leadership and cultural competencies, and enable transformation.
Henrik is a co-founder of novosensus Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based Human & Organizational Development company that brings the science and interventions of Positive Psychology to the workplace. He enjoys working on a global scale and thrives in diverse environments. He speaks fluent German, English, and Danish.
Henrik holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, and advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling. He is also an experienced and ICF accredited Organizational Relationship Systems Coach, and a Co-active coach.
Henrik lives in Singapore with his wife and daughter (12) and is an avid traveler of the Asian hidden gems.
