OVERVIEW

Learn to use data driven techniques and tools in people management within your organization.

This blended short course aims to bring you to the forefront of cutting-edge analytics and algorithmic applications in the domains of recruitment, retention, strategy execution, and organizational re-design.

Through rigorous and in-depth exploration, you will acquire the skills to analyze and reconstruct complex organizational issues, break them down into fundamental components (or “micro-structures”), and identify best practices in people management. The course will also equip you with the ability to critically assess evidence and data relevant to organizational challenges, ensuring that your decisions are grounded in robust analytical insights.

By the end of the course, participants will be adept at identifying and articulating the appropriate data and measures for gaining insights into people-related questions. You will appraise and select the most suitable analytical techniques for deriving valid insights and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of various organizational designs, including managing tools and team structures.
