This short course aims to help you:

Why do employees or bosses behave in “difficult ways?”
What impact on the behaviour of difficult employees do reward systems, management styles and individual characteristics have?
What are some strategies for leading difficult employees and harnessing their potential?
What are some strategies for managing difficult bosses and coworkers?
How does technology impact interactions and relationships at work?
How can you navigate challenging relationships in the future workplace?
Experiential exercises, case studies and videos will be used throughout the lecture-based course.
Professionals, team leaders and mid-level managers in supervisory roles, with at least five years of work experience
