Stacy Mccarthy

Stacy’s 25-year career had her living and working in 9 countries as an international executive, military officer and Board director. She has led regional infrastructure operations for a Fortune 50 firm across the Asian and India, Middle East & Africa regions; and strategic planning for a defence business, helping to identify and make a large shift in product lines and capabilities. Her track record shows high growth, reduced operating costs and high employee engagement scores.

An accomplished coach and mentor, Stacy’s strengths combine strategic savviness and deep commercial experience with focus on people and understanding of cultural nuances. As a result, leaders improve their leadership style, operating rhythm and mindset to develop new insights and approaches that result in positive change at a personal and organisational level.

Stacy has Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Chinese Studies from University of California (San Diego) and Masters in Financial Management from Kogod School of Business.

She is also a graduate of the US Navy War College where she studied National Security Decision Making, after which she served as a commander in the US Navy with two tours of duty.
