Jai Arya is an Advisor to the Dean (Corporate Outreach) and Head of Executive Education at NUS Business School. He is also a member of the Board of the UK-based research consultancy, the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF). In addition, he is a Senior Advisor for Asian Banking to a leading global consultancy firm, and has also consulted on a project basis with the Asian Development Bank. Prior to this, he worked for Bank of New York Mellon for 27 years and Bank of America for ten years, in various Asian locations. Before leaving BNY Mellon in April 2014, he was an Executive Vice President and Global Head of their business with sovereign institutions, as well as a member of the bank's Global Operating Committee and Asia Executive Committee. Earlier roles include Head of Asia client relationships and Asian country offices. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India.
Yuk Meng is Senior Associate Director at Executive Education, NUS Business School. He oversees the development, sales and marketing for short, non-degree programmes for leaders and senior managers and has been with NUS since 2006. Prior to NUS, he was a management consultant with KPMG Business Advisory, leading numerous HR and business process improvement projects for public and private sector clients including Government of Brunei, NEC, ST Engineering, and GE Money. He started his career with Singapore Airlines in 1993 and led teams in manpower planning, systems planning and passenger marketing before joining an internet start-up in 2000. He graduated with an MBA and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from NUS.
Aaron is Senior Associate Director and Head of Programme Management at Executive Education, NUS Business School. He and his team manage programme logistics and operational details for various Executive Education programmes. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Cornell–Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management, overseeing Cornell Hotel School's Masters of Management in Hospitality Management and Executive Education programmes in Asia. He had also previously managed INSEAD's MBA programme for their Asia Campus, as well as University of Southern California Gould School of Law's Graduate and International Programs in Los Angeles. Aaron had also been in the media industry for 15 years, most notably overseeing MTV's regional productions in Asia. He holds a Masters of Arts in Communication Management from the Annenberg School of Communication and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, both at the University of Southern California.
Bridget is Senior Associate Director & Head of Customised Executive Programmes at Executive Education, NUS Business School. She leads the Client Management teams (English and Mandarin programmes) in developing custom learning and development solutions for a portfolio of clients from Asia and the Globe across a diverse set of industries. Prior to this, her most recent role was at SMU as Associate Director in the International Office leading partnerships development. She has held senior roles at the Australian National University, NUS, and the University of Melbourne. She began her career working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore for ten years including postings in Beijing and Brussels. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from NUS and holds a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) from RMIT, Melbourne.
