Zhimin has more than 20 years of business and management experience in China and Southeast Asia. He is an Operating Partner for NDE Capital, a private equity fund that is expanding their investment activities in SEA and China. Prior to that, he was with Giti Tire and was based out of their global operational HQ in Shanghai, China. His main mandate was to drive business growth especially in China. He left Giti in 2017 when he was acting as the Executive Director for China, a Global Board Member, and Executive Committee Member. When he left, Giti Tire was a global top 10 tire company with revenue exceeding US$3bn. Before that, he was with McKinsey & Company, where he worked on various strategy and corporate transformation projects across different sectors in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Korea.

Zhimin is experienced in providing board and C-level leadership counsel in various areas including strategy & business model development; new business development; digital transformation; (re)branding & communication; organization capability & talent development; trade channel management.

He earned his MAcc and BBA degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
