OVERVIEW

Lead in the Age of Disruption

With the digital future upon us, organisations can no longer delay change. It is therefore important that organisations are equipped to engage in transformative efforts to achieve such change. What matters in these efforts is that the transformation itself is meaningful and lasting, requiring organisational leadership to be agile and sustainable while connecting with employees and customers in collaborative and purpose-driven ways.

How do leaders make sure that transformation efforts reveal such purposeful and sustainable impact on the business — while being able to deal with their stakeholders in the right and strategically sound way?

This five-day programme is exactly designed to answer these questions and equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives for leading transformation amidst relentless disruptions. In doing so, we make use of our recently developed PPT framework, where we zoom in on People, Purpose, and Technology as building stones to deliver leadership promoting successful and sustainable transformational outcomes. As such, upon completion, participants will have a better grasp of the change process, disruptive mega trends and drivers of digitalisation – emerging as more agile and prepared leaders, better enabled to connect and communicate with all relevant stakeholders and therefore deliver transformational change in sustainable and effective ways.
